REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

1. Create a New User Account (make sure you provide a functional Email Address).
2. Activate your New User Account.
3. Log In with your New User Account to Generate your RRR Code and Make Payment of N2,500 only.
4. Confirm your RRR Payment Status (i.e. if you paid using Internet Banking or Bank Branch).
5. Fill the Online Registration Form (Use the Log In page to access the Online Registration Form).
6. Upload your Passport-size Photograph (Max. Size of 15KB. Only .jpg or .png formats are allowed).
7. Review the Information You Provided.
8. Complete your Registration by printing a Summary Page of the Information You Provided.
